A total of 19 functions are easy to access thanks to the intuitive programming and 4 navigation keys. A high contrast screen displays up to 4 lines of information at one time. Entering your personal facts allows use of an automatic calculation function that determines 3 fitness zones based on your maximum heart rate. You can even set the monitor to begin recording your workout automatically - no need to remember which button to push. Recorded workouts show time spent in each of your three fitness zones plus other details. The Fit HRM stores the last 7 workouts for easy review and comparison. Other functions include Average HR, Max HR, Calorie Counter, Zone Alarms, Total Exercise Time, Stopwatch, Time of Day, and Date.
