Our Adjustable Fluid Trainer is what you need for additional resistance levels to effectively do interval workouts. This model provides 5 levels of resistance from the smooth, quiet fluid resistance unit and the internal flywheel smooths pedaling action for a more natural feel. Features our new, wide stance frame with non-skid rubber feet to enhance stability and reduce noise and vibration. Your bike attaches quickly and easily with an improved mounting mechanism complete with lined axle cups. Choose between resistance levels with a handlebar-mounted changer. Includes quick release skewer for optimal fit.
